INGREDIENTS

Recipe: Baked Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients

  • - 16 oz. cream cheese
  • - 4 cups shredded parmesan cheese
  • - 2/3 cup fresh jalapeños (diced)
  • - 2 large eggs
  • - 4 cups panko bread crumbs

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except panko in a large bowl. Form into small balls (mixture should yield 20 - 30 poppers) and roll in panko. Make sure each ball is coated evenly. Place the poppers onto a baking sheet or into a small foil pan.

Preheat your Yoder Smokers YS640 (or other grill) to 350°. Set your grill up in baking mode, or set it up for indirect heat. Bake the jalapeño poppers for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Let the jalapeno poppers cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
