Wood Fired Pan Seared Steak in the Uuni 2S
- 1 (1" thick) ribeye steak
- extra virgin olive oil
- Cattleman’s Grill California Tri-tip Seasoning
Place the steak in the sizzler pan. Slide into the oven. Cook until the top is nicely browned. Flip. Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 125ºF. Remove from the oven and pan.
